I went to the surgery on a Monday tea time with a cut finger that wouldn't stop bleeding. The receptionist said that she would ask a nurse to fit me in. The nurse managed to stop the bleeding and I left the surgery about half an hour after arriving. On Wednesday lunch time I had a phone from the surgery asking if my finger was OK.

The new surgery is very spacious clean and modern. The touchscreen 'check-in' format is quick and efficient. The only complaint I can make is the waiting time when booking an appointment over the phone. I normally have to wait at least 20 minutes before speaking to someone. That being said, the service once I have got through to a receptionist has always been great. The doctors I have seen have both been very friendly and I never felt rushed. Overall a very nice place and I would highly recommend.

A bigger surgery with lots of space. Dr's all very good and they have time for you. The only thing that does not appear private is the reception desk especially peak times. No sort of barrier and as you stand there waiting for your turn, you can't help but over hear the conversation in front of you.
